She is survived by one son, Ira Bernard Footman, mother Ernestine Howard, father Joe B. Howard, Sr., one sister Bernadette London and two brothers Joe B. Howard, Jr. and Reginald Howard.
Visitation Friday, Dec. 11, 2009 5:00PM to 7:00PM at the funeral home.
Homegoing services will be at Mt. Zion AME Church 117 4th Avenue SW Mulberry, Fl. 11:00AM Sat. Dec. 12, 2009. Interment Wildwood Cemetery Bartow, Fl.
