Parthenia E. Brown, age 68 of Bartow, FL, died Wednesday, April 8, 2015, at Bartow Regional Medical Center in Bartow, FL. She was a member of St. John Missionary Baptist Church, Bartow, FL.

She is survived by her life time companion, David Brown, Sr., Bartow, FL; two daughters: Dee A. Stephens-Landy (Darnel) of Lakeland, FL; Tomika Brooks (John) of Lakeland, FL; one son: Anthony Stephens (Mary) of Bartow, FL; three sisters: Sallie M. Palmer of Snowhill, MD, Rosalie Mason (Walter) of Pocomoke, MD, Alice Cunningham of Bartow, FL; one brother: William D. Cooper (Betty) of Bartow, FL; special niece Tanisha McPherson (Ron) of Lakeland, FL; six grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and good friends.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Friday, April 17, 2015 at Gause Funeral home, 625 S. Holland Parkway, Bartow, FL. Funeral service will be at St. John Missionary Baptist Church 430 7th Ave Bartow, FL. at 11:00 AM, Saturday, April 18, 2015.

Interment will be at Wildwood Cemetery, Bartow, FL.
