Maxie Washington, Jr. was a member of Mt. Olive Freewill Baptist Church of Bartow.

He is survived by his
mother Candacy Washington,of Bartow, Fl and companion, Joann Smalls, Bartow, Fl; two daughters: Adella and Idella Green, both of Kissimmee, FL; six Sons: George R. Chase, Plant City, FL, Maxie Washington, III, Atlanta, GA,Ron James Washington, Kissimmee, FL, Samuel J. Green, Kissimmee, FL,Willie Green, Kissimmee, FL and
Alexander Green, Kissimmee, FL; three brothers: Leroy Washington, Lakeland, FL,Lorenzo Washington, Detroit, MI,and Roger Washington, Bartow, Fl; and 18 grand children.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Friday, April 13, 2012 at the funeral home. Funeral services will be at Mt. Olive Freewill Baptist Church of Bartow(320 8th Avenue) at 11:00 AM, Saturday, April 14, 2012.

Interment will be at Wildwood Cemetery, Bartow, FL.
