Mrs. Woods was a member of St. James AME Church of Bartow, Fl.
She was a Medical Transcriber for several hospitals.

She was a Union Academy High School graduate in the class of 1961.

She is the daughter of the late Ike Barnes and the late Willie M. Barnes.
