Mary Belle Silas 83 of Bartow, FL, died Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at Piedmont Eastside Medical Center in Snellville, GA

Mary is survived by her: children: Dr. April Y. Silas (daughter) Terrence P. Silas (Son) Kimberly M. Silas (Daughter) Sandra Silas (Daughter in Law), grandchildren: Justin Silas (Jessica), Sylvia Silas, Shatia Silas, Lacy Silas, Austin Silas, Kairos Reyes-Silas, Keith Everson Sistrunk, The Late Brandon Sistrunk, siblings: John Ward Jr. (Griffin, Ga) Rosemond Griffin Jr. (Pasadena, Ca) Linda Dilworth, (Savannah, Ga) Charlene Durant (Bartow, Fl) and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Viewing will take place on Friday, March 13, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Gause Funeral Home, 625 S. Holland Parkway, Bartow, FL.

Funeral service will be at Mt. Olive Freewill Baptist Church, Bartow, FL, on Saturday, March 14, 2026, at 11:00 AM.

Interment will be at Evergreen Cemetery, Bartow, FL.
