Lorene Barron Lewis, age 74 of Bloomfield, CT, and formerly Bartow, FL, died Tuesday, September 5, 2023, at Halifax Hospice in Orange City, FL. She was a dedicated and loving wife and mother.

Lorene retired from Mass Mutual Life Insurance Company where she served for decades as a human resources executive. Lorene was a servant of the lord and active member of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church in Hartford, CT.

She is survived by her husband, Harry Lewis of Bloomfield, CT, son, Antoine (Nora) Lewis, of DeLand, FL, and her two sisters, Sallistine Barron and Tangelia Maxwell.

Visitation with family will take place at Gause Funeral Home from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Monday, September 11, 2023. Graveside Service will be held at Laurel Hill Cemetery "Fuller Heights" at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, September 12, 2023.
