Lindsey Ella Sims, age 86, of Bartow, FL, died Sunday, December 29, 2019, at Lakeland Regional Medical Center in Lakeland, FL. She was a member of the Mt. Olive Freewill Baptist Church of Bartow.

She is survived by three daughters: Beverly Mobley, Detroit, MI, Pam Cook, Bartow, FL, Janeta Thorpe, Lakeland, FL; four sons: Gregory A. Sims, Eaton Park, FL, Robert Cook, Winter Haven, FL, Oliver Reddick, Bartow, FL, Douglas Reddick, Bartow, FL; one sister: Anna Ruth Clawson, Detroit, MI; two brothers: Theodore Sims, Winter Haven, FL, and Ronald Sims, Winter Haven, FL.

Viewing will be held at Gause Funeral Home, 625 S. Holland Parkway, Bartow, FL from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Friday, January 10, 2020. Funeral service will be at Mt. Olive Freewill Baptist Church, 1450 East Gay Street, Bartow, FL at 11:00 AM, Saturday, January 11, 2020.

Interment will be at Wildwood Cemetery, Bartow, FL.
