Gerald Jarrard Hill, age 53, of Bartow, FL, died Friday, August 8, 2014, at Winter Haven Hospital. He was a member of the Mt. Olive Freewill Baptist Church of Bartow. He was the son of the late Calvin Hill and the late Marguerite Hill.

He is survived by his wife: Gail M. Hill, Bartow, Fl; three daughters: Giana Tabor-Hill, San Diego, Cakailyana Tabor, San Diego,and Casherrita Denson (Prinshon), Lakeland, FL; two sons: Anthony Hill, Japan, and James Austin, Jr., Orlando, FL; one sister: Shelda Hill Williams, Winter Haven, FL; four brothers: Keith(Jewel) Smith, Vero Beach, FL, Norman(Patricia) Hill, Orlando, FL, Kelvin (Leah) Hill, Vero Beach, FL, and Freemon (Crissy) Palmer, Lake Alfred, FL; and three grand children.

Arrangements are being handled by Gause Funeral Home, 625 S. Holland Parkway, Bartow, FL where the family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Friday, August 15, 2014. Funeral service will be at Mt. Olive Freewill Baptist Church, 1450 Gay Street, Bartow, FL at 11:00 AM, Saturday, August 16, 2014.
