Donnie Rudolph Wearing, age 61, of Bartow, FL, died Saturday, May 28, 2016, at Bartow Regional Medical Center in Bartow, FL. He was a loyal and faithful member of the Mt. Gilboa Missionary Baptist Church, Bartow, FL.

He is the son of Moses Wearing, Sr. of  Bartow, FL. and the late Louvenia Green Wearing.  He is survived by his wife, Marian Wearing, Bartow, FL; two daughters: Latosha Wearing, Mulberry, FL, Dawnetta (Rodney) Haynes, Winter Haven, FL; two step-daughters Taquita (Landrex) Leverett-Arcadia, FL , Miranda (Darryl) Washington, Tampa, FL; one son: Steven (Gwendolyn) Michael Wearing, Lakeland, FL; four sisters: Gwendolyn  T. W.  Davis, Lakeland, FL, Vera Harvey, Bartow, FL, Gwendolyn (Min. Thaddeus) Davis , Lakeland, FL, Sharon Holloway, Winter Haven, FL; five brothers: Moses (Cheryl) Wearing, Auburndale, FL, Joseph Wearing, Bartow, FL, Donald (Janice) Wearing (Twin), Bartow, FL, George Jones, Lakeland, FL, Marty (Teasia) Johnson, Winter Haven, FL;  12 grand children; and one great-grand child.

Arrangements are being handled by Gause Funeral Home, 625 S. Holland Parkway, Bartow, FL where the family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Friday, June 3, 2016.  Funeral service will be at Mt. Gilboa Missionary Baptist Church at 1:00 PM, Saturday, June 4, 2016.

Interment will be at Wildwood Cemetery, Bartow, FL.
