Donald Edward Polite, age 67, of Lithia Springs, GA, died Monday, July 21, 2014, at Tanner Medical Center in Villa Rica, GA.

He was a relocation manager for United Van Lines. He was the son of the late Jack Polite and the late Lillie Polite.

He is survived by one son, Aunrillies Burgress; three daughters: Donetha Polite, Bartow, FL, Sharonda Alicea-Ross, Lakeland, FL, and Shatisha Alicea, Bartow, FL; two sisters: Patrice Ann Polite , Atlanta, GA; and Lillie Polite, Lawrenceville, GA; and one brother: Greg Polite, Nichols, FL.

Arrangements are being handled by Gause Funeral Home, 625 S. Holland Parkway, Bartow, FL. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Friday, August 1, 2014 at Amie Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, Nichols, FL. Funeral service will be at Mt. Carmel Primitive Baptist Church at 11:00 AM, Saturday, August 2, 2014.

Interment will be at Nichols Community Cemetery, Nichols, FL.
