Beatrice Baker, age 79 of Mulberry, FL, died at Lakeland Regional Medical Center, on May 7, 2014.

She was the daughter of the late John Brown and the late Ruth Richardson. She is survived by her husband: Nathaniel Baker, Mulberry, FL; three daughters: Emily(Bernard) Holmes, Mulberry, FL, Sheila Wallace, Lakeland, FL, and Natalie (Carlton) Dawson, Lakeland, FL; four sons: Gary (Lillie) Wallace, Lakeland, FL, Barry Wallace, Pierce, FL, Murray Baker,Winter Haven, FL, and Christopher (Karol) Baker, Ft.Meade, FL; five sisters: Merion Homer, Bartow, FL, Bernice (Charles) Powell, Kissimmee, FL, Carolyn Childs, Lakeland, FL, Berthenia Roberts, Lakeland, FL,and Mae Lois Brown, Lakeland, FL; three brothers: John E. Brown, Miami, FL, Tweelyn Brown, Polk City, FL, and Charles M. Brown, Bartow, FL; 30 grand children; 44 great grand children and 7 great great grand children.

Visitation will be held Friday May 16, 2014 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the funeral home. Funeral service will be Saturday, May 17, 2014, at 1:00 PM at St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church in Pierce, Fl.

Interment will be at Wildwood Cemetery in Bartow, Fl.
