Arletha Ford, age 77, of Waverly, FL, died Thursday, October 19, 2017, at Good Shepherd Hospice in Auburndale, FL. She was a member of the Mt. Pleasant Church of God By Faith, Waverly, FL.
She is survived by three daughters: Gwendolyn Ford, Winter Haven, FL, Doris Ford Johnson, Lake Wales, FL, Lesa Ford, Lake Wales, FL; five sisters: Rosa Heath, Rochester, NY, Ruby Moore, Orlando, FL, Sharon Henderson, Tallahassee, FL, Rachel Porter, Tallahassee, FL, Valerie Moore, Tallahassee, FL; five brothers: George Porter, Canada, Frank Porter, Pensacola, FL, Charlie Porter, Jacksonville, FL, Jerry Porter, Birmingham, AL, James Porter, Perry, FL; and 12 grand children.
Viewing will be from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Friday, November 3, 2017 at Mt. Pleasant Church of God By Faith, 539 First Avenue Waverly, FL. Funeral service will be at New Divine Church of God By Faith 640 Burns Avenue Lake Wales, FL. at 11:00 AM, Saturday, November 4, 2017.
Interment will be at Lake Wales Cemetery, Lake Wales, FL.
