He is survived by one daughter: Latquavette Wise, Tampa, FL; and an adopted Mother, Juanita Sams, Bartow, Fl.
A Memorial service will be held at Essential Truth Ministries, 1078 N. Broadway Aveue,Bartow, Fl. at 3:00 PM, Thursday, May 30, 2013.
