Adelle H. Lindo 79 of Winter Haven, FL, died Monday, December 2, 2024, at Bartow Regional Medical Center in Bartow, FL.

Adelle leaves to mourn a loving and devoted husband of many years, Leonard Lindo of the home, one son: William A. Hemingway (Michelle) of
Fayetteville, NC; two stepdaughters: April Lindo of Orlando, FL and Carrie Brown of Fort Lauderdale, FL; two brothers: George W. Hemingway (Deborah) of Baltimore, MD and Willie Hemingway (Evelyn) , SC (He was raised as one of the children); three sisters: EarthinaH. Latham of Baltimore, MD, Eliza J. Hemingway of Washington, DC and Willie MH Davis (Alfred-deceased) of Chesapeake, VA; four brothers-in-law: Benjie, Ricky, and Zekus Richardson of Jamacia and Lakanye Bickford of Orlando, FL; three sisters-in-law: Gloria and Tallene Richardon and Maurene Forbes of Jamacia; one grandson: Twain Hemingway of Marion, SC; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, co-workers, and loved ones. She has special longtime and devoted friends who will cherish her memory always Sis. Barbara Collins and Sis. Barbara Perry (caregiver aid).

Viewing will take place from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Thursday, December 12, 2024, at the Church of God True Holiness Tabernacle, 900 Ave O NE Winter Haven, FL. Funeral service will be at Church of God True Holiness Tabernacle 11:00 AM, Friday December 13, 2024.

Arrangements are being handled by Gause Funeral Home, 625 S. Holland Parkway, Bartow, FL.

Interment: Wildwood Cemetery, Bartow, FL
